Sally Wells was a character in Neighbours from 1987 to 1988. She is the paternal half sister of Des Clarke. Sally was played by Rowena Mohr.

Sally Wells was born to Malcolm Clarke and Kate Wells. Malcolm and Kate never married and he soon walked out on Kate and their daughter. Sally grew up not knowing her father. Also, she never knew she had an older half brother Des Clarke. Both grew up thinking they were only children. Sally wanted to track down her real father and she found he had a son Des Clarke from a previous marriage to Eileen Clarke.
